WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY?
This pilot examines the positive effect of an organizationally-based gratitude program, both on the work environment and in support of the Integrace PathwaysSM model of Meaningful Living for colleagues.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
WHAT DO THEY NEED TO DO?
In a 6-8 week voluntary program, the colleagues participate in gratitude questionnaires, cognitive and psychological assessments via tablet, huddles, and gratitude-based education sessions.
