WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY?

To partner with families whose loved ones have mild cognitive impairment to develop a joint decision making tool.

WHO IS ELIGIBILE?

Individuals diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment and their care partners

WHAT DO THEY NEED TO DO?

1. Call the Integrace Institute, at 410-552-3218, for a 5-minute screening.
2. Come in together for an interview about your daily care goals.
3. Receive a $20 gift card for your participation.
